The Bottom Line

With the Triigger 275, Vertagear is launching the little brother of the Triigger 350 model and completes the Triigger series. It impresses with its high-quality materials and flawless workmanship. The aluminium frame offers a solid base for your sitting experience made of TPEE mesh and real calfskin.

Steel mechanics ensure durability. True to its name, the Triigger 275 is made of over 275 individual parts, providing an enormous variety of adjustment possibilities. Thus, the gamers among you who are looking for comfort, style, and quality will, in my opinion, hardly be able to get past the Triigger series.

Quality on the trigger

Almost all Features from the premium segment can also be found on the Triigger 275, which can be locked in 22 different positions and has a rocker function that allows a 15° tilt. The whole back part is height adjustable and consists of breathable TPEE mesh that lets you stay cool even in the most stressful situations. The load limit is indicated with a generous 150kg – considerably more than for example the Noblechairs Epic, which is indicated with 120kg. However, we couldn’t find out if this figure includes load peaks or, as we suspect, only describes the maximum static load and therefore puts the value into perspective.

A very nice feature is that the seat itself can be moved by up to four centimeters. So even gamers with long legs will find a comfortable position.

The 2D armrests are now – unfortunately only adjustable in two dimensions, but are equipped with the so-called trigger function. This great feature allows the seat height and the angle of the backrest to be adjusted in a flash using a gear lever.

The environmentally conscious among you should also be pleased that the Triigger 275 is made of 98% recyclable materials. It should also be noted that the Triigger 275 has neither cushions nor a headrest. However, the gambler’s chair is so comfortable and adaptable that I didn’t miss them either. A height adjustable lumbar support is available. The castors have an above-average diameter of 65mm and the special shock absorber, which connects the castor with the almuminuim base, provides remarkable smoothness.

The dimensions of the Triigger 275 at a glance:

  • Total height (with base): approx. 99,8 – 120 cm
  • Wide backrest (shoulder height): approx. 44.5 cm
  • Width of backrest (basin height): approx. 47.8 cm
  • Width of seat: approx. 50,4 cm
  • Depth of seat: approx. 50 – 54 cm
  • Seat height: approx. 49.5 – 58.5 cm

Available designs & accessories

The Triigger 275 is available in four different color designs to fit into almost any gaming environment. The Triigger 275 comes in a classic all-black look as well as designs with calfskin applications in red or blue. A black and white version is also available.

As already mentioned, there are no cushions and no headrest available.

Vertagear Triigger 275 Size advice

With a load limit of 150kg and an enormous number of settings, it is a pleasure for most gamers to take a seat on the Triigger 275. The generous seat width of just over 50cm does not restrict the space. If a high level of workmanship and high quality materials are important to you and if 2D armrests are enough for you I can only recommend this gaming chair. With a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty you should also enjoy this chair for a long time.
